Judson D. Burton

Judson joined Parker & McConkie's litigation team in 2023. He has devoted his practice to representing clients who have been harmed by the careless and wrongful actions of others. Time and again, his advocacy has secured successful resolutions in all types of personal injury cases, including those involving catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful deaths, as well as injuries stemming from defective products, industrial accidents, trucking accidents, governmental liability, automobile accidents, falls, and dog bites. His advocacy has, moreover, occurred in a variety of venues, including before mediators, arbitrators, district courts, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. Judson's clients can depend on him to go the distance and fiercely advocate for them and their rights.

Judson graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2015. After graduating, he clerked for the honorable Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court from 2016 to 2017. Since then, he has worked as a litigator. In 2020, Judson graduated with distinction from the University of Edinburgh (Online), obtaining his master's degree in Ethics, Epistemology, and the Philosophy of Mind. He is an adjunct professor in the Philosophy Department at Brigham Young University, where he teaches classes in the philosophy of law and the philosophy of religion. Judson currently lives in Utah with his wife, Angela, and their two daughters.
