I was bitten in the face by an Australian Shepherd in August 2023, which required 6 stitches at the ER. I began working with Parker & McConkie in September 2023 and received my restitution check in hand by August 2024.From the start, the team was fantastic. My case manager and paralegal, first Alondra Alamos and later Maxwell Morgan, were both excellent to work with. They were refreshingly transparent about the process and kept me updated every few months. I appreciated their proactive approach, which made the experience easy and stress-free. Some firms expected me to ask the dog’s owners about their insurance, which felt unprofessional and insensitive, especially given the circumstances.
