I was bitten in the face by an Australian Shepherd in August 2023, which required 6 stitches at the ER. I began working with Parker & McConkie in September 2023 and received my restitution check in hand by August 2024.From the start, the team was fantastic. My case manager and paralegal, first Alondra Alamos and later Maxwell Morgan, were both excellent to work with. They were refreshingly transparent about the process and kept me updated every few months. I appreciated their proactive approach, which made the experience easy and stress-free. There were times that I called them myself to check in about my case and each time their communication was clear, professional, and friendly.Parker & McConkie handled everything with compassion and care. They worked hard to ensure I received the maximum insurance payout for the injury on my face. When I had trouble depositing my check, Morgan even offered to split it up and resend it.What truly set P&M apart was how they approached the case compared to other firms I was considering at the same time as P&M before deciding to go with them. Some firms expected me to ask the dog’s owners about their insurance, which felt unprofessional and insensitive, especially given the circumstances. Parker & McConkie never put me in that position, which I greatly appreciated.Overall, I highly recommend Parker & McConkie. They are a great company, and I’m very grateful for how they handled my case.
