Steven earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010. While attending law school, he earned excellent grades, qualifying for top 10% in his graduating class and membership onto Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Utah (since 2010), Idaho (since 2017), and Wyoming (since 2017), including the U.S. District Court of Utah.
Outside of his legal practice, Steven enjoys fly fishing, distance running, skiing, golfing, playing the guitar, and spending quality time with his wife and four children. He is actively involved in local church activities and community outreach, including lecturing on distracted driving and providing pro bono legal services.
