Stephanie Pitcher is an attorney at Parker + McConkie, where she leads with precision, persistence, and a deep commitment to her clients. Her practice spans the full range of personal injury matters—from car and trucking accidents to dog bites and workplace injuries—and she’s known for her skill in negotiation and claims resolution. Her advocacy has helped secure millions of dollars in compensation for people harmed by negligence.
Stephanie takes pride in guiding clients through what is often one of the most difficult seasons of their lives. She believes everyone deserves strong legal representation at every stage—not just in court, but in every call, meeting, and decision along the way.
Before joining Parker + McConkie, Stephanie served as a felony prosecutor with the Davis County Attorney’s Office and as Associate City Prosecutor for Salt Lake City. She also clerked for the Utah State Courts, gaining firsthand insight into the judicial process.
In addition to her legal practice, Stephanie currently serves in the Utah State Legislature, representing Senate District 14 (Salt Lake City, Millcreek, Holladay, Murray, and Cottonwood Heights). Her work in both the courtroom and the Capitol reflects her ongoing commitment to public service, justice, and community well-being.
She is admitted to practice in the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
