Judson D. Burton Attorney

(801) 851-1202
Judson D. Burton

Judson Burton joined the Parker + McConkie litigation team in 2023, bringing a sharp legal mind and a deep commitment to advocating for people who’ve been harmed through no fault of their own. His practice focuses on complex personal injury cases—including catastrophic injuries, brain trauma, wrongful death, defective products, industrial accidents, trucking and auto collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, and cases involving governmental liability.

He’s represented clients before mediators, arbitrators, district courts, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. No matter the venue, Judson is known for going the distance and standing firm for his clients’ rights.

Judson earned his J.D. from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2015 and went on to clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court. He later earned a master’s degree with distinction in Ethics, Epistemology, and the Philosophy of Mind from the University of Edinburgh. Since entering private practice, he’s built a reputation for clear, principled advocacy and results that reflect both rigor and compassion.

In addition to his legal work, Judson is an adjunct professor in the Philosophy Department at BYU, where he teaches courses on the philosophy of law and religion. He lives in Utah with his wife, Angela, and their two daughters.

Bronson Bills

With nearly 20 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, Bronson Bills has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families recover after serious injury. His practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability—and over the years, he’s helped clients recover millions of dollars in compensation.

Bronson began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Thomas Greene of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. That behind-the-scenes view of the courtroom shaped the way he approaches every case—with clarity, preparedness, and a deep understanding of how legal decisions are made. He later joined a plaintiff’s firm, where he put that experience to work advocating for injured clients.

One of Bronson’s earliest trials involved a single mother who developed mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos as a child. The defendants fought hard to avoid trial—but after three weeks in court, the jury returned a verdict of over $5 million. Shortly after, the client passed away, leaving behind two children. The case left a lasting impact on Bronson, reinforcing why he chose this work: to help people in deeply vulnerable moments seek accountability and closure.

From 2010 to 2011, Bronson served as a visiting professor of law in North Carolina, teaching civil procedure to first-year students. He has published law review articles in journals at Georgetown, Northwestern, and the University of Connecticut, and remains deeply engaged in the intellectual and human sides of the law.

Bronson was born and raised in Salt Lake City and attended Skyline High School. He played college baseball and competed in the Junior College World Series in Grand Junction, Colorado. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, fly fishing, and art. He lives in Utah with his wife and three children.
