Eric Joyner is an attorney at Parker & McConkie Personal Injury Lawyers, where he represents clients across a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. He takes pride in guiding individuals and families through some of the most difficult experiences of their lives. Eric believes every client deserves compassionate, dedicated, and results-driven representation, and he works tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome in every case he handles.
Before joining Parker & McConkie, Eric practiced at a respected personal injury firm in Wisconsin, where he gained hands-on experience managing complex, high-stakes injury and insurance cases. Earlier in his career, he served as a Hearing Officer for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, adjudicating administrative appeals and developing a deep understanding of due-process and regulatory procedures—skills that now strengthen his advocacy for injured clients.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he was a member of the collegiate wrestling team. His wrestling background instilled in him the discipline, focus, and perseverance that continue to define his approach to law and client advocacy today.
Outside the office, Eric enjoys exploring Utah’s trails and mountains, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and giving back to his community through his role as a wrestling coach at Murray High School. His dedication to helping others—both inside and outside the courtroom—reflects the values that define Parker & McConkie’s commitment to serving injury victims throughout Utah and the Mountain West.
